Organic Fiber Braided Pan Root

Organic fiber braided disc root array is a non-asbestos braided disc root with high quality natural or synthetic organic fibers after special treatment. It has good heat resistance, wear resistance, excellent medium corrosion resistance, pollution resistance and hygienic safety. It can meet the sealing requirements of different working conditions. It is the main sealing filler for rotating and reciprocating motion equipment and devices such as pumps and valves, and has wide applicability. Among them, flax/cotton plant fiber pan-root has high wear resistance and is an ideal substitute for asbestos pan-root, especially suitable for oil and water sealing in ship industry; PTFE braided pan-root has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and food hygiene safety, especially suitable for chemical industry, shipping, pharmaceutical industry, food and petrochemical industry. The sealing requirements of valves, kettles and pumps in corrosive medium conditions of electric power and other industries; aramid fiber braided packing has high mechanical strength and wear resistance, especially suitable for sealing requirements of rotary or reciprocating mechanism with high pressure medium containing particles and high linear speed. Fiber composite braided panels are organically braided from carbon fibers, aramid fibers, PTFE fibers and so on. They can organically combine the advantages of different fibers and can be suitable for particularly harsh sealing requirements under working conditions.
