The Chinese shipbuilding joint venture enterprise, Yanchang Bin Yang Special Gasket Filling Material Co., Ltd., is a manufacturer of marine flange gaskets, aramid oil-resistant rubber gaskets of type KQG-001, and marine valve packing materials. It is located in Youfang Town, Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, which is known as the "Pearl of the River" and the "Land of Fish and Rice". The factory was established in 1986 and annually produces over a hundred tons of oil-resistant rubber gaskets and various other gaskets and packing materials.

The special gaskets produced by our factory, the "Bin Yang" brand KQG-001 type aramid oil-resistant rubber plate and gasket, are synthesized from aramid fibers and inorganic and organic fibers produced by the Dutch AkzoNobel Company. This product is suitable for lubricating oil, fuel oil, steam, seawater, compressed air, and can withstand medium acids, medium alkalis, etc. It is reliable in use and has been applied in the shipbuilding industry for many years without any leakage accidents.

The gaskets produced by our factory include stainless steel metal and graphite wound gaskets, polytetrafluoroethylene metal wound gaskets and polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets, serrated metal gaskets, stainless steel reinforced graphite gaskets, non-asbestos packing SPO type and SI type combined packing. These are mainly composed of inorganic fibers, with copper wires and alloy wires for reinforcement. They have stable performance and reliable quality, and are essential for "safety production" in various industries.
